The word biscotti comes from the Latin word meaning “Twice Baked”.  As a result of this baking process, Biscotti have a crunchy texture and low moisture content.  They are perfect for dunking in coffee or tea.

This product has a 4 day shelf life at room temperature.  To extend life of product, we recommend freezing.  Individual cookies thaw at room temperature within minutes.
