Description

Paczki (pronounced Poonch-Key) are Polish pastries made of a rich yeast raised dough (similar to donut dough), fried in vegetable oil, and then stuffed with whole fruit or rich cream fillings.

The Luck-zki paczki are glazed, then split and filled with our a mint chocolate chip buttercream and drizzled with more chocolate.
