Paczki (pronounced Poonch-Key) are Polish pastries made of a rich yeast raised dough (similar to donut dough), fried in vegetable oil, and then stuffed with whole fruit or rich cream fillings.

The Pittsburgh Cream is filled with our signature vanilla buttercream and topped with powdered sugar.
