“Meatballs” are chocolate cake donut holes.  “Parsley” is green dyed coconut shavings.  “Parmesan Cheese” is white chocolate shavings.   All other decor is buttercream. The “Plate” is just the top edge of buttercream where the “pasta” sits.  The sides of the cake will be the color of the icing that you chose for the cake.
