Paczki (pronounced Poonch-Key) are Polish pastries made of a rich yeast raised dough (similar to donut dough), fried in vegetable oil, and then stuffed with whole fruit or rich cream fillings.
The Cookie Dough paczki are filled with a cookie dough buttercream and topped with chocolate icing
